Get paid to tell us what a letter from your bank actually means
We test real letters, statements and screens from UK financial firms with real people, one at a time, on a video call. You read it, you say what you make of it, and you are paid £75. You do not need to know anything about money. In fact, we need people who find this stuff hard.

What happens
What a session involves

We invite you
When a study matches your circumstances, we email you with some dates. There is no obligation to say yes, and we never share your details with the firm.

You read something and talk it through
On a Google Meet call with one of our researchers, you read a real letter, statement or screen as you would at home and say out loud what you think it means. There are no right answers and nobody is testing you. We are testing the letter.

You are paid
A £75 voucher arrives within five working days, whether or not you finish the session. You can stop at any point.
Your information
How we look after your information
- Sessions are recorded, with your permission, which we ask for again before each one.
- The firm whose letter you read sees the recording, but never your name or contact details. You are identified by a code.
- Nothing you say is ever used to make a decision about you or your own accounts.
- You can leave the panel at any time by replying to any email from us with the word LEAVE.
